Josh Fetherstonhaugh

Josh practises in a range of dispute resolution and litigation fields, including contractual disputes, shareholder oppression matters, breach of duties matters, insolvency, building and construction matters, and land acquisition compensation claims.

He works with a broad spectrum of clients, including ASX-listed and private companies, company directors and high net worth individuals. Josh progressed through several roles at Hotchkin Hanly, serving as a Solicitor and Senior Associate before being appointed to Partner commencing from 1 July 2025.
