Luke practises in dispute resolution and litigation, and advises clients on commercial, employment, construction, and other civil and regulatory disputes. Luke has experience appearing in the Supreme, District and Magistrates Courts of Western Australia, as well as the Federal Court and Federal Circuit Court of Australia.
Luke joined Hotchkin Hanly Lawyers in February 2013 after a year as Associate to Justice Le Miere of the Supreme Court of Western Australia. Luke was appointed to Partner commencing from 1 July 2025.
