Mark has more than 35 years' legal experience, primarily in litigation and employment law. Prior to joining Hotchkin Hanly in 2013, Mark's career included practising as a litigation partner of Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King and Wood Mallesons), as national litigation counsel for Telstra Corporation Ltd, and as a barrister in private practice at the Perth bar.
Mark leads the firm's employment law practice, providing a boutique service for executives and other individual employees as well as advising employers across a range of industries.
