Michael Mistilis

Michael prepares transaction-based commercial documentation and provides clients with risk management strategies and associated advice. Michael also represents clients in all of the Courts of Western Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and the State Administrative Tribunal of Western Australia.

Michael was admitted to the Supreme Courts of NSW and Western Australia in 2008, and the High Court of Australia in 2010. He has appeared as lead Counsel in the Supreme Court of Appeal in Western Australia, with a particular focus on building and construction, property, environment, insolvency, finance, resources, Corporations Act including regulatory matters, contract, tenders and procurement, and strata titles.
