Peter was admitted to practice in 1995 and has more than 30 years of experience in commercial litigation, including in the areas of property, corporations, competition, partnerships, officers' liability, insolvency, and general contractual disputes.
Peter has been a partner of Hotchkin Hanly since 2008, although he also previously worked at Hotchkin Hanly from 1997 to 2000. He has also worked at large firms including Lavan and Minter Ellison, and was a partner of a large firm before re-joining Hotchkin Hanly in 2008.
